PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR SOCCER PLAYERS
IN KENNEWICK, WA

Break away from the norm and take a different approach to your recovery.

Serious sports rehab that’s soccer-specific? Yep, that’s what I deliver.

I work with you to develop a rehab program that’s completely customized to your position on the field, your injury, and your needs - to help you come back stronger than you were before.

You can’t expect to come back to get back in the game at 100% if you haven’t trained like it. It’s all about balance in your recovery. Making sure you have the right amount of strength, mobility, and confidence goes a long way when it comes to getting back out there and showing up for yourself (and your team) the way you want.

Train like you mean it and get the W when it counts. I’m here to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Oxford dictionary describes it as “the treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by physical methods such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise rather than by drugs or surgery.”

But to put it simply, physical therapists are the mechanics of the body. We get you feeling better, without all the pain (hell to the yeah).

We help you move, groove, and get back to living your best life. Because nobody has time to be injured and life is way too short to not live a life you love.

  • Nope! My clinic policy and Washington State law allows you to go see a physical therapist directly WITHOUT the need for a referral from your doctor (yay!).

However, if you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, you’ll want to check with your insurance company to see if they require one. Just call the number on the back of your insurance card and the agent can tell you whether your plan requires you to have a referral for physical therapy.

  • I love working with all athletes and helping them get back in the game. It’s kinda my thing.

Some of the people I’ve worked with include: runners, hockey players, soccer players, softball players, baseball players, football players, Crossfit athletes, and cyclists.

  • I’d recommend wearing whatever you’d normally wear to the gym. And please bring athletic shoes. You want to be comfortable and we will be moving.

It also depends on where you’re injured. If you normally wear pants to the gym but want to treat knee pai bring a pair of shorts as well. If you normally wear a t-shirt but have shoulder pain, please bring a tank top so I can get a better look at the area. The more I can see and observe the injured area, the better!

But as always, your comfort is most important.
