Please note that Game Changer Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service provider and is out-of-network with all insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of your visit. If you are interested in submitting an out-of-network claim to your insurance company for services, a superbill will be provided to you after each session. Physical Therapy Session Rates

Initial Evaluation (55 minutes): $205
Follow-Up Sessions (55 minutes): $195

Many patients wonder how many sessions they will need. While this is unique to each person, most patients see me for an average of anywhere from 5-10 visits.

I do not see patients 3x/week for 12 weeks. We typically start treatment at a 1x/week frequency and then decrease from there as you improve. In rare cases, I’ll recommend 2 visits/week for a couple of weeks maximum.

Treatment duration depends on the injury. Most sprains and strains need rehab over the course of 6-10 weeks. or so.

I know how much of a hassle it can be to get to the clinic between work, school, daycare, and life in general. The way I tailor my care allows you to come to the clinic less often and also get faster results. It’s a win-win for all!

In addition to single session rates, I do offer two packages with prompt payment discounted pricing:

6 session package: $1,110 (works out to $185 ea)
12 session package: $2,100 (works out to $175 ea)

All sessions are 55-minutes, one-on-one with me, and you’ll receive superbills after each session.

Payment types accepted include credit card, debit card, cash, check, HSA, FSA, and VEBA.

Because sessions are longer and customized to you, there’s no need for the typical “3 visits per week for 12 weeks” model. Most clients see results with 1 visit per week for 6 to 8 weeks, followed by reduced frequency as they progress and feel confident continuing on their own.

Tailored treatment without insurance limitations
When I get a full 55-minutes with you plus the freedom to treat based on your unique needs, outcomes improve. Unlike in-network care providers, we’re not restricted by what insurance decides is “covered.” Your treatment plan is a collaboration between you and your Doctor of Physical Therapy, not dictated by a company that has never met you.

A provider who’s fully present (not burnt out)
Your care is only as good as the person delivering it. In an insurance-based setting, I was seeing up to 15 patients a day and no matter how hard I tried, the last few didn’t get the best of me. In my private-pay practice, I choose how many patients I see, and I don’t spend hours fighting insurance. That means more time for your care, better mental health for me, and the best care for you.

All sessions include:

55 minutes of one-on-one with me. As your physical therapist, I will work directly with you the entire session; I will not be working with multiple folks at the same time, and you will not be passed off to a different therapist each session.
A blend of manual techniques, specific exercises, and tailored assessment and reassessment at each visit.
Specific guidelines for what to do at home between sessions so that you can continue to improve between visits.

If you are interested in submitting your claim to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement, a superbill will be sent to you after service is provided.

Once you have the superbill, you are able to submit it directly to your insurance via the process outlined in your insurance online portal. Game Changer PT does not speak to your insurance company on your behalf or receive payments for services from your insurance company.
