Each private session is 55 minutes, one-on-one, and you’ll leave with a crystal-clear idea of what to do next. It’s all about getting back to your sport with confidence and feeling stronger than ever before.

Truth is, you can get back to running pain-free and crossing the finish line with a new PR. It just takes a little personalized guidance and a specific game plan to get you there. That’s why I created a program just for runners - to help them get back on track faster and without sacrificing their training plan.
