Tri-Cities Physical Therapy
Personalized physical therapy services for athletes and active adults conveniently located in Kennewick, WA
Physical therapy treatment is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Game Changer, the focus is always you. Your treatment is built around exactly what you need as a person, whether you're an athlete, a parent, a runner, a hiker, or all of the above.
The best part? You won't get passed between providers. Your appointments start and end on time, and you'll have access to me between visits when questions come up.
My goal is to help you get back to whatever it is you love, without worrying about pain or getting hurt again.
It takes more than some massage, an ice pack, and a couple days off to feel like yourself again. By working together, we get you back to your best, and we make sure you stay there.
Here’s what makes Game Changer different than typical physical therapy:
No “I can only treat one joint at a time” limitations. Your shoulder, hip, back.. we will address anything that’s necessary!
No insurance shenanigans. You will ALWAYS know exactly what you will pay. See all rates and reimbursement info here.
1-1 care, always. No passing you off to an aide, retelling your story, etc. Your sessions are directly with me, always.
Access to me between sessions. You can text or call between your sessions with questions that pop up. You never need to feel alone in this or just wait until you see me next to get an answer.
You deserve more than a quick fix and a handout of exercises. You deserve to actually get better.
Most people land here after physical therapy that didn't stick, or after being told to rest and hope it improves. That is not how we do things. We find what is actually driving your pain, build a plan around your real life and your goals, and adjust as you progress. You will always know why we are doing what we are doing.

The Game Changer Physical Therapy Method
You may have tried physical therapy before, somewhere else. My goal at Game Changer is to give you the best possible outcome, get you back to your sport or activity as fast as possible, and treat you as the individual you are.
When we build your treatment, we look at your current life and training schedule, the demands of your sport, the activities you ultimately want to get back to, and the time you realistically have for both your in-clinic sessions and your homework.
You will not be coming in 2 to 3 times a week for 8 to 12 weeks. Typically I see patients once a week for 4 to 6 visits total.
Because I give you one-on-one attention at every appointment and you're never passed between providers, we work efficiently. No re-telling your story every visit. No grinding through the same exercises over and over. We grab a quick update and get right back into the work.
Every session, you'll get a blend of manual techniques chosen for your diagnosis and your preferences, plus exercises that are targeted and specific, so every rep moves you toward your goal.
With a personalized, sport-specific approach, you can trust that the time, energy, and money you're investing in your recovery is being maximized and is getting you back to where you want to be.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Physical therapy is a hands-on, movement-based way to treat pain and injury without medication or surgery. We figure out why something hurts or isn't working the way it should, then use manual treatment, targeted exercise, and education to fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
-
At a lot of clinics you get 15 minutes with a therapist, then you're handed off to an aide while a few other patients are seen at the same time. Here, every appointment is one-on-one with me, start to finish. We move efficiently because I know your history and exactly where we left off, which means fewer visits, faster progress, and a plan that fits your life.
-
No. I work with athletes and active adults of every kind: weekend warriors, parents chasing their kids, hikers, lifters, and people who just want to move without pain. If staying active matters to you, you're in the right place.
-
Yes. I work with people through post-surgical rehab for shoulders, knees, hips, and more. Whether you're days out from an operation or months in and stalled, we can build a plan to get you back to full strength.
-
Both. New injuries, nagging pain you've had for years, and everything in between. If you've been told to just live with it, I'd encourage you to book a discovery call before you give up on it.
-
Most people see me about once a week for 4 to 6 visits total. Because every session is one-on-one and we don't waste time re-explaining your story, we get more done in less time than a clinic that wants you in two or three times a week for months.
-
Each visit is a full block of dedicated one-on-one time. You won't be rushed out the door or left doing exercises in a corner while I'm with someone else.
-
Game Changer is a cash-based practice, so I don't bill insurance directly. That keeps your care between you and me, with no visit limits set by an insurance company. I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out and I'll walk you through what to expect.
-
Nope. Washington lets you see a physical therapist directly without a referral. If your specific situation needs one, I'll tell you early so there are no surprises.
-
Wear something comfortable you can move in, like athletic clothes and shoes. If we're working on a specific area, loose or adjustable clothing that gives us access to that joint helps.
-
Not much. Your intake paperwork is the priority! Come ready to move and to talk through your history, your goals, and what you want to get back to. If you have relevant imaging, surgical reports, or notes from another provider, bring them, but they're not required.
-
We'll start by talking through your story, your goals, and what's been getting in your way. Then I'll assess how you move and put hands on to find out what's actually going on. You'll leave the first visit with a clear plan and usually a few things to start on right away.
